Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily operations of the mining pool, including account relationship management and maintenance of VIP client relations.

2. Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and negotiation abilities; follow up with clients to achieve monthly performance targets.

3. Provide effective suggestions to the team through data analysis and user research, making optimal use of internal and external resources to enhance new and existing user revenue.

4. Communicate client needs and work closely with the mining pool technical team to assist in optimizing system functionalities and improving product experience.

5. Respond to and address client issues promptly to increase user satisfaction.

6. Responsible for expanding business resources, participating in business activities, brand partnerships, and resource exchanges.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; experience in blockchain mining pool operations is preferred.

2. Familiarity with mining pool operations, understanding of mining processes and principles.

3. Good English communication skills, able to express thoughts fluently.

4. Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to coordinate work among various departments within the mining pool.

5. A certain understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, with strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Note: Experience with mining machine manufacturers or mining pool business (key account maintenance and sales), 1-2 months travel to Shenzhen for meetings.
