We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated KOL Manager to oversee and grow our TikTok influencer marketing efforts in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with TikTok influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately sales in the local market.
Jobdesk:
Develop and implement a comprehensive TikTok influencer strategy aligned with brand objectives, market trends, and consumer insights in Indonesia
Create campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion, with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes
Identify and establish relationships with top-tier and micro-influencers in Indonesia who align with the brand’s values, target audience, and goals
Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and emerging influencers to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive
Oversee end-to-end influencer campaign execution, from briefing and content creation to final delivery and performance analysis
Ensure influencers’ content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and overall marketing strategy
Negotiate contracts, terms, and compensation with influencers and influencer agencies to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, PR, and marketing) to ensure influencer content is integrated seamlessly into the overall marketing strategy
Monitor the performance of KOL campaigns on TikTok, track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), and optimize strategies accordingly
Provide regular reports and insights to management on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and influencer impact
Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to foster loyalty and repeat collaborations
Engage in community management by interacting with influencers’ audiences and ensuring positive brand sentiment
Monitor competitors' influencer strategies on TikTok and analyze trends in influencer marketing within Indonesia’s digital landscape
Use data and insights to continuously improve and adapt the influencer strategy
Persyaratan
Bachelor’s degree
3 years of experience in the same field/position
Proven experience in influencer marketing or KOL management, ideally in the TikTok ecosystem, preferably within Indonesia or Southeast Asia
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, features, and best practices
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box to create viral content
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with a brand in the lifestyle, fashion, or e-commerce industry
Existing network of TikTok influencers in Indonesia
