• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment. 
• Teamwork and Communication:
• Ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff, follow instructions, and communicate clearly. 
• Physical Stamina:
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items (potentially up to 50 pounds), and move around a busy kitchen.
