Offramp is building a global USD account for emerging markets by combining the best of traditional financial rails and crypto. We’re backed by leading venture capital firms including Alliance DAO, Orange DAO, and have recently raised a pre-Series A round from other tier-1 crypto VC firms.

We’ve entered a high-growth phase, and we’re now seeking Mid - Senior Full Stack Developers with expertise in Node.js, React, and TypeScript across our growth, core product, and new product divisions. Ideally (although not required), you’ve worked at a high-growth Series A or B tech startup before. Experience in Web3 is a plus, and crypto-native users will have an added advantage.

Role Overview:

You’ll be tasked to build and maintain a world-class product that users love. You’ll work closely with the team lead from your division to focus on:

Growth - User acquisition & retention

Core products - Improvement and scale of core products

New products - Launch and scale new product lines.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Node.js, React, TypeScript
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from a top university.
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience as a Full Stack Developer (Node.js, React, and TypeScript), ideally at a high growth Series A or Series B startup
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A genuine interest in fintech and blockchain technology is a plus.
