Assist in order processing, tracking, and coordination to ensure timely deliveries.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information in a professional manner.
Support the sales team in preparing reports, presentations, and sales documentation.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Coordinate with other teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to support sales operations.

Persyaratan

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in assisting sales operations.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM tools.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
