Persyaratan

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers via phone, resolve inquiries, and maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment may involve shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and resilient individuals with a strong desire to help others.
  • Additional Reqs: NBI, and SSS Number available before Training
