  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, strong relationships with , including corporate clients, tour operators, and individual leisure travelers.
  • Tailored Travel Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing customized travel solutions, itineraries, and group tours that meet their requirements and budget.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Promote and sell the company’s travel packages, tours, and services to new and existing clients, ensuring sales targets and revenue goals are met or exceeded.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with the product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that client expectations are met, and travel packages are .
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the travel experience, addressing any concerns or issues that arise and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.
  • Client Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and present proposals and promotional materials to potential clients, highlighting the unique features of the company’s offerings.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM tracker, and report on sales progress and pipeline updates regularly to management.

Persyaratan

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 1 year of work experience in sales or client-facing roles
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
