  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while addressing customer needs.
  • Document interactions and update customer information accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
  • Stay informed about product updates and promotions.


Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Minimum of 6 months call center experience (CSR or TSR preferred)
  •  Strong oral and written communication skills
  •  Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
  •  Willing to work on shifting schedules
  •  Willing to work onsite
