Description
- Maintain the building, its facilities, machinery, and amenities
- Prepare rooms for move-in conditions
- Fix problems with working order
- Inspect rooms for move-out clearance
- Multi-task and assist in other matters when called for
Requirements
- Knowledge or expertise in painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, tiling, welding, masonry, air con maintenance and the like
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Short Course Certificate, or any equivalent
- With at least 3 yrs. experience in maintenance or utility work
- Normal vision and hearing
- Vices like smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited
- Must have a positive work attitude, flexible, hard-working with good customer service, and willing to learn
- Stay-in required. FREE LODGING IS PROVIDED FOR.
