We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Barista / Store Crew members. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing quality beverages and food items, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store, and delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently and accurately
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
• Handle food preparation, including light snacks or pastries, if applicable
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and electronic payments
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
• Replenish inventory and restock shelves, displays, and ingredients
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times
• Assist in opening and closing store procedures as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience in food and beverage or customer service is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
