We’re looking for a Junior AI-Powered Software Developer to help us rapidly build, test, and launch digital products. This is not a traditional coding job. You won’t be writing software from scratch—instead, you’ll be using AI-native tools to create, refine, and deploy functional products.

• Build and deploy web apps, landing pages, and digital products using AI-native coding tools like Replit, Cursor, Claude Code, Same.new, and other cutting-edge AI development platforms.

• Iterate quickly, testing and optimizing software based on real user feedback.

• Work closely with our growth team to rapidly validate business ideas.

• Optimize and tweak AI-generated code to ensure quality and performance.

• Continuously explore new AI-powered development tools to improve efficiency.

• You don’t need a CS degree or traditional programming background—but you should have experience using AI-coding tools to build and launch digital products.

• You have 2+ years of work experience in a related field (AI development, no-code/low-code, product building, etc.).

• You’re highly resourceful and can figure things out fast.

• You thrive in fast-moving environments and are comfortable with quick iteration cycles.

• You’re based in the Philippines and available for a full-time remote role.
