Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and handling data entry

  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and other documents to track projects, budgets, schedules, forecasting, and various metrics

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

  • Develop and streamline administrative processes to enhance productivity and quality of service

  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring data is accurate and easily accessible

  • Prepare reports for leadership, leveraging advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Assist in event or meeting coordination by scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking detailed minutes

  • Payroll and workforce experience is a PLUS.

Administrative Coordinator Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an office setting or working from home providing administrative support

  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English as a requirement

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if you have strong relevant experience)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail

  • Reliable internet connection (minimum of 50 Mbps, hard-wired)

  • Windows-operated laptop/desktop with i5 processor or better, dual monitors, noise-canceling headset, and a web camera (MAC OS is NOT compatible). This is a non-negotiable requirement.

  • Must be willing to work on a night shift.
