1. Administrative & Office Management

  • Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient office environment.
  • Manage filing systems, records, and documentation for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and other clerical tasks.

2. Logistics Coordination & Shipping Support

  • Track and monitor logistics status to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, permits).
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues.

3. HR & Employee Support

  • Coordinate with HR to relay employee concerns, updates, and needs.
  • Assist in processing mandatory government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee records as needed.

4. Business Development (BD) Team Support

  • Process and validate client/vendor registrations for the BD team.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing necessary documentation for partnerships, quotes and contracts.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related experience.

Proven experience in administrative support, logistics, or HR coordination.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of shipping processes and government compliance is a plus.
