  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and communications.
  • Assist in project coordination and document preparation.
  • Maintain filing systems and databases.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Support team members with various tasks as needed.
  • Should ensure the cleanliness and organization of items, as well as the inventory of products.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support office operations.

Persyaratan

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with technology; valid driver's license required.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, full-time hours, may require some travel.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, proactive, and adaptable.
