• Act as Petty Cash Custodian, responsible for issuance of reimbursements, cash advances, and liquidation of the same
• Prepare and release written checks, and ensure to complete inventory
• Perform the timely processing of accounts, payable transactions and systematically monitor supplier’s accounts
• Ensure timely recording of AP Journal Entries with GP Microsoft Dynamics
• Maintain orderliness and completeness of all files for each supplier’s account
• Assist in Month-End and Year-End Closing
• Attend to/coordinate with Auditors on Audit requirements
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned
  
  

• Post-secondary degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Finance and/or Accounting is required
• Strong communication (written/verbal), problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
• Superior attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Possess exceptional prioritization skills to complete work in a timely manner
