(Note: this role is for Tao Foods Company Inc. but will serve B Coffee PH as one of its subsidiaries)


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Pasig. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, developing and implementing employer branding strategies, and conducting interviews. The Specialist will also be involved in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates to meet the company's talent needs.


Key Accountabilities

Talent Search

  • Collaborating with the department head/BU head/Hiring manager to understand the staffing needs and identify the requirements.
  • Managing job posting to different platforms (Indeed, Bossjob, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, etc.)

Shortlisting and Screening

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist the most qualified candidates.
  • Identify must qualified candidates in the pool of applicants.

Interviewing and Selection

  • Scheduling interviews with hiring managers (Face-to-face or virtual)
  • Prepares candidate profile for supervisory to higher level vacant positions
  • Prepares job offers aligned with the salary structure for each position/vacancies
  • Provide assistance to new hires in onboarding process (offering, sending list of requirements, and orientation/deployment)

Introduction and introduction of new employee

  • Create strategic onboarding to introduce new employee
  • Provide necessary information to the new employees

Administrative task and reports

  • Preparing and maintaining 201 files
  • Request payment for PEME
  • Process internship documentations
  • Track recruitment metrics
  • Continuously improve recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.


Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Interviewing
  • Employer Branding skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
  • Experience in the coffee or consumer goods industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
