About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented Certified Professional Coder (CPC) with a passion for accuracy and excellence? Join our growing team as an Outpatient Medical Coder and play a vital role in ensuring high-quality coding services that support our healthcare partners.

We’re looking for experienced coders who are committed to precision, compliance, and continuous improvement in outpatient medical coding.


What You'll Do

  • Review and analyze outpatient medical records to assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and payer-specific requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding discrepancies
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards
  • Continuously update knowledge of coding guidelines and payer policies


What We’re Looking For

Non-Negotiables:

  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) – must be current and active
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in outpatient coding
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
