• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s strategic objectives and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and job offers
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance employee morale and productivity
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary and bonus administration, health insurance
• Manage the performance management process, including setting performance objectives, conducting performance appraisals, and developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee related issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up to date HR records and data, including employee files, payroll records, and benefit enrollments.
• Prepare HR related reports and analyses for management, including turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee engagement scores.
• Stay current on changes in HR laws and regulations, and update policies and procedures as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Laws, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management, including experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
