Giftaway® offers a convenient way to shop, making it easier for customers to purchase and redeem digital gift cards.


Role Description

A full-time role for a Customer Service Representative in Makati responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and professional development opportunities.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.


Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of work experience, preferably in Customer Service (email and chat)
  • Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively convey information and messaging through written communication are a plus.
  • Preference for those that have a high QPI/GPA. Minimum equivalent of a 3.00 QPI ideally, with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Can think critically and has a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be mentally and emotionally fit to handle irate customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and spelling.
  • Familiarity with Help Scout is a plus.
