Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the operation of VIP events, planning and executing online activities, regularly monitoring and analyzing activity data, making targeted strategic adjustments, and reviewing activity effectiveness;

Responsible for the production of materials and user outreach promotion for the launch of various VIP benefits, and monitoring the data effectiveness post-launch;

Assist in planning and executing VIP acquisition, retention, and re-engagement actions to achieve growth in various metrics;

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 2 years of experience in user operations or event operations preferred;

Strong team collaboration awareness, able to independently manage operational demands and carry out reviews;

Strong data analysis skills, capable of analyzing data effectiveness from various dimensions and distilling and producing conclusions;

Strong summarization abilities, comprehension skills, and rapid learning capacity.
