As the Digital Wallet/VCC Card Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle operations of virtual credit cards (VCC) and related digital payment products, including user growth, engagement enhancement, monetization, and risk control. You need to have a deep understanding of payment industry trends, and through data analysis and user insights, develop effective operational strategies to drive business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

1.  Product Operations and Growth

• Develop user growth strategies for VCC cards and digital wallets, enhancing registration rates, card activation rates, and transaction volumes through event planning, benefit design, and channel partnerships.
• Monitor key metrics (such as DAU, MAU, transaction frequency, ARPU, etc.), analyze user behavior data, and optimize operational actions.
• Design a tiered user operation system (such as new user onboarding, re-engaging inactive users, and maintaining high-net-worth users).

2. Commercialization and Monetization

• Explore commercialization scenarios for VCC cards (such as cross-border payments, subscription services, advertising placement, etc.), and design paid benefits or membership systems.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to promote joint marketing activities, enhancing revenue scale.

3. Risk and Compliance

• Monitor transaction risks, collaborate with the risk control team to formulate anti-fraud strategies, balancing user experience with security.
• Ensure that operational activities comply with regulatory requirements and promptly follow up on changes in payment industry policies.

4. Market and Competitor Analysis

• Track the dynamics of domestic and international digital wallet/VCC card products, produce competitor analysis reports, and propose differentiated operational suggestions.
