Description
- Managing and storing both physical and digital documents with an organized filing system.
- Preparing and scheduling meetings, as well as taking minutes when necessary.
- Compiling routine reports and assisting with basic data analysis.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, whether through email, letters, or phone calls.
- Managing office supply inventory and other administrative needs.
- Supporting other administrative tasks as required by the department.
- Establishing effective communication with other departments within the administrative scope.
Requirements
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
