We are seeking a highly organized, intelligent, and motivated individual to join our team as a Bilingual Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish at a native level, has a natural talent for rapport-building, and thrives in both written communication (blogs, messages, emails) and spoken interaction (customer calls, relationship building).
This role blends sales, customer engagement, and creative communication, requiring someone who brings positive energy, kindness, and generosity to every interaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via calls, messages, and emails.
- Create engaging written content, including blog posts, newsletters, and client messages.
- Support sales initiatives by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Use CRM tools (such as Monday.com) to manage customer pipelines, tasks, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm creative strategies and think outside the box.
- Ensure a professional, reliable remote setup with stable internet and power supply to avoid interruptions in client communications.
Requirements
- Fluent/native-level English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills: clear, persuasive, and empathetic.
- Strong writing ability (blogs, professional emails, messages).
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or sales roles.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Monday.com).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
- Positive energy, generous attitude, and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Long-term commitment (we are looking for a reliable partner who will grow with us).
- Reliable internet connection and backup power supply (mandatory).
