[CEX Remote] - Product Manager - Growth [Up to $10,000 + Options and Bonuses]


Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced, data-driven, and insightful Growth Product Manager to join our Web3 exchange product team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing incentive-based product modules related to user growth, including benefits centers, task systems, coupon mechanisms, and trading incentive models, to enhance user activation rates, retention rates, trading frequency, and asset accumulation, building the core growth engine of the platform.

  • Team Background: Members come from the top five exchanges globally, core teams of BAT, quantitative trading, and venture capital.
  • Efficient Revenue Generation: A small but refined product research and development team that achieved break-even within three months of product launch, currently with a team size of 60 people.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and Iterate Growth Product Modules

Responsible for planning and continuously optimizing growth-related products, such as benefits centers, task systems, coupon systems, and growth frameworks, to create products with sustainable incentive effectiveness.


  • Productization of Incentive Mechanisms

Drive the implementation of diversified incentive programs such as trial funds, discount coupons, and cashback vouchers to enhance new user conversion, user activity, and trading retention.


  • Support for Product Development in Operational Activities

Support the development of product functions required for operational scenarios such as agent systems, trading competitions, user acquisition tasks, and token listing activities, forming platform capabilities.


  • Management of Growth Metrics Closure

Focus on core growth metrics (such as activation rate, retention rate, user conversion rate, ROI, asset accumulation, etc.), collaborating with the data team to complete metric attribution, strategy adjustments, and effect evaluations, constructing a product growth closed loop.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration and Product Implementation

Work closely with operations, R&D, data, compliance, and other teams to ensure products are launched on schedule while continuously optimizing user experience and conversion efficiency.

Requirements

Job Requirements:


  • Possess over 3 years of experience in growth-oriented product roles, familiar with the design and implementation processes of growth incentive products;
  • Preference for candidates with a background in centralized exchanges, financial technology, points systems, task platforms, or related industries;
  • Familiar with typical growth mechanisms in Web3 exchanges, such as trial funds, trading vouchers, referral commissions, growth tasks, etc., and able to understand their impact on core metrics;
  • Demonstrate strong data analysis and product attribution skills, capable of designing product pathways that yield verifiable results based on data;
  • Proficient in growth tools and methods such as A/B testing, user segmentation, user lifecycle management, and incentive models;
  • Excellent project management and cross-team communication skills, with a strong goal orientation and execution capability.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with Web3 CEX or DeFi products is a plus;
  • Experience in designing or iterating on modules such as trading competitions, growth tasks, and referral commissions from ground up;
  • Ability to work in both Chinese and English, capable of supporting multilingual product launches and international user scenarios;
  • Familiarity with typical practices in Web3 token economics, airdrop tasks, and user cold starts.
