Description
- Conducting legal research to support cases.
- Drafting legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
- Organizing and maintaining case files and evidence.
- Assisting in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness lists.
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in legal software and technology.
