Job Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Advanced data analysis: Proficiency in SQL + Python/R for cohort analysis; experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI). Web3 knowledge: Understanding of blockchain payments, crypto compliance (e.g., travel rule), and DeFi integrations.
• Language: Fluent spoken/written English for daily communication with international partners, users, and remote teams.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with VISA/Mastercard crypto card programs or Web3 loyalty systems
