簡介

  • 通過聊天和消息平台使用韓語和英語回應客戶詢問。
  • 處理投訴，提供適當的解決方案，並跟進以確保問題解決。
  • 始終對客戶保持積極、同理心和專業的態度。
  • 了解公司產品/服務，以有效回答問題和解決顧慮。
  • 準確記錄客戶互動、交易、評論和投訴。
  • 與其他部門合作，確保客戶問題迅速且準確地得到解決。
  • 如有需要，將文件或通信從英語翻譯成韓語（或反之亦然）。

職位要求

  • 流利的韓語和英語
  • 具備客戶服務或呼叫中心經驗者優先。
  • 強大的溝通及人際交往能力。
  • 能夠在壓力下保持冷靜，專業地處理困難情況。
  • 熟練使用電腦、客戶關係管理系統及其他通訊工具。
  • 願意工作靈活的工作時間，包括週末及每月輪班。
