We’re looking for ambitious, results-oriented AI Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team (multiple openings available). In this role, you’ll work closely with AI-generated outreach, refining messages to engage leads on LinkedIn and book high-quality meetings for our clients. You’ll be managing outreach across a shared client base (currently 12 clients) while helping deliver real, measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and humanize AI-generated LinkedIn messages to maximize engagement.
• Qualify leads and schedule high-converting sales meetings for clients.
• Track performance metrics and use data to improve messaging strategy.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance outreach methods.
• Manage multiple client accounts and balance engagement across each.

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed Base Pay:

• $500/month (full-time)

Estimated Monthly Earnings (Base + Performance):

• $850–$1,800+

Performance-Based Growth

This role begins part-time (10–20 hours/week) and can grow into a full-time position as our client base expands. Our top performers quickly move up, take on more responsibility, and earn more.
