In this role, you’ll focus on transforming finalized football teamwear designs into full-size sets (YXS to 5XL) using Adobe Illustrator. This is a technical design position requiring precision, speed, and expertise in vector artwork. You’ll also create branded social media graphics using templates and assist with Shopify uploads (training provided).

This opportunity is perfect for a detail-oriented designer with strong Illustrator skills and excellent English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Adobe Illustrator to adapt finalized teamwear designs into full size ranges (YXS to 5XL)
• Ensure pixel-perfect accuracy in scaling, alignment, and consistency across all sizes
• Export and format marketing images using prebuilt social media templates
• Upload finalized products to Shopify (training provided, no prior experience needed)
• Maintain clear communication on project progress and deadlines

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (non-negotiable)
• Extreme attention to detail – you spot even the smallest inconsistencies
• Experience with apparel templates, tech packs, or size grading (a plus)
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and file structures precisely
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Prior remote/freelance experience preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
