Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior App Development Engineer to join our mobile core team, responsible for the ongoing development and architectural optimization of the trading platform App. This position will focus on enhancing the stability and performance of the App, building universal components and monitoring capabilities, and supporting core business modules such as CopyTrading and wallet assets on mobile in high-concurrency and high-security scenarios. We expect you to have solid Flutter development experience, a deep understanding of rendering mechanisms and thread models, and good native integration abilities to support the stable expansion of the App in the next phase.

• Efficient Revenue Generation: A small and efficient product research team that achieved break-even within three months of launch, currently comprising about 60 members.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily development and maintenance of the trading platform App, enhancing and ensuring App stability;
• Participate in APP requirement discussions, technical research, development iterations, and optimizations;
• Responsible for building foundational capabilities on mobile, maintaining a universal component library and performance monitoring library;
• Coordinate and communicate resources across departments, propose improvements and suggestions, and follow up to ensure the smooth progress of projects.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a computer-related field, with 3-6 years of experience;
• Experience with centralized exchanges (CEX) and familiarity with high-performance app development on the platform;
• Experience in cross-platform development, familiar with Flutter and React Native development and native interaction methods;
• Proficient in using Flutter technology for application development, understanding Flutter rendering principles, familiar with Dart language, and understanding Dart's threading model;
• Possess good service awareness, responsibility, attention to detail, a passion for technology, and excellent team communication and collaboration skills;
• Demonstrate rigorous logical thinking, exceptional problem analysis and resolution abilities, and strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Able to adapt to a high-intensity work pace, with strong self-motivation and responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with centralized exchanges (CEX) or financial app projects;
• Familiarity with Android platform architecture and performance optimization tools (such as systrace, Perfetto, etc.);
• Experience in Flutter and Android native module bridging and hybrid development debugging;
• Understanding of core trading processes such as market push notifications, order placement, and asset modules;
