Description
- Manage, monitor, and process daily data from various internal and external systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the company's operational systems.
- Clean and prepare data for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Collaborate with the IT team, product team, and business team to ensure smooth data flow.
- Compile operational reports and support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and resolve issues or anomalies in the data.
- Automate data processes using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education of high school in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry, data analysis, or data operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable), Google Sheets, and other data integration tools.
- Understanding of SQL fundamentals; knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, systematic, and able to work with large volumes of data.
- Communicative and able to work cross-functionally.
