Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Alorica, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. You’ll be part of a team that values excellence in service, empathy, and problem-solving.


  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner


  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related concerns


  • Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience, empathy, and efficiency


  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system


  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary


  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance


  • Follow company policies and standard procedures during all interactions

Requirements

  • At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS grad
  • Good for newbies / fresh college grad
  • No BPO exp needed
