Senior Product Manager (Wealth Management Products)

Job Responsibilities: (Competitor Analysis, Senior Wealth Management Product Experience)

1. Develop and execute the strategic plan for the company's wealth management products, ensuring the product line's development aligns with company objectives and customer needs.

2. Analyze market trends and competitors, proposing targeted product improvements and innovation suggestions to enhance product competitiveness.

3. Identify key features and characteristics of products, develop detailed product roadmaps and release plans, ensuring timely product delivery.

4. Coordinate cross-departmental teams, including design, technology, marketing, and operations, to ensure product development progress and quality.

5. Manage the entire lifecycle of wealth management products, including product launch, promotion, maintenance, and retirement, continuously optimizing the product.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a solid theoretical foundation.

2. Over 5 years of experience in wealth management/financial product management, with preference given to those familiar with exchange-traded financial products and related services.

3. Familiarity with financial markets and product development processes, understanding the characteristics of wealth management products and market demands.

4. Ability to improve and optimize existing products, as well as restructure underlying mechanisms to enhance product operations and scalability.

5. Strong data analysis skills and experience in utilizing product management software proficiently.

6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, adept at cross-departmental coordination to facilitate project progress.

7. Proficient in English, capable of using it as a working language.

Bilingual, working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM Beijing Time, with weekends off and public holidays as per statutory requirements.
