1. Over 8 years of experience in the gaming industry, with at least 3 years of experience as a lead planner or product manager;

2. Familiarity with high-monetization game types such as card games, gambling, and simulation management;

3. Strong skills in requirements analysis, documentation writing, and project management;

4. Proficient in agile product methodologies, with good data analysis and optimization skills;

5. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, with overseas project experience preferred.
