  1. KOL Resource Development: Discover and establish partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators that align with the brand or project.
  2. Business Negotiation and Collaboration: Negotiate collaborations with KOLs, sign promotional agreements, and ensure successful execution of partnerships.
  3. Promotional Activity Planning: Design and execute online/offline promotional activities based on product or project needs to enhance visibility and user engagement.
  4. Performance Tracking and Data Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of KOL promotions, analyze ROI, conversion rates, and user growth data to optimize collaboration strategies.
  5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure KOL marketing activities align with overall brand strategy.
  6. Market and Trend Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in KOL resources, and propose innovative collaboration and marketing solutions.
