• Responsible for contract user expansion in the US or UK market;

• Develop and maintain local trading users, agents, community, and KOL resources;

• Drive growth in trading volume within the region, enhancing user activity and retention;

• Coordinate with internal operations, marketing, and risk control teams to achieve business objectives;

• Submit regular business progress reports and participate in commission and quarterly incentive settlements.

• At least 1 year of experience in business development at a cryptocurrency exchange (focus on contracts required);
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency market in the United States or the United Kingdom, and Indonesia, with priority given to candidates who have resources;
Candidates with local KOL resources will be given priority;
• Proficiency in English as a working language, with a certain level of communication ability in the local market;
• Possess a results-oriented mindset, strong execution skills, and self-management capabilities;
• Willingness to accept remote work arrangements.
