職位職責：
1. 負責越南市場的招聘流程，包括人才搜索、面試及錄用。
2. 維護並拓展越南本地的招聘渠道和人力資源合作夥伴。
3. 制定高效的招聘策略，吸引優秀人才，特別是商務拓展（BD）相關職位。
4. 協助優化招聘流程，提升候選人體驗，並推動招聘工作的持續改進。
5. 關注越南當地的人才市場動態，提供有效的招聘建議。
職位要求
崗位要求：
1.精通越南語和中文
2. 熟悉越南本地的招聘渠道，具備1年以上招聘相關經驗。
3. 越南市場商務拓展（BD）招聘經驗者優先。
4. 具備良好的溝通能力，主動性強，能夠獨立工作並具備團隊協作精神。
5. 了解web3行業招聘市場，有web3行業工作經驗者優先。
