1. Proven experience in business development or sales in the crypto/financial industry.
2. Strong understanding of derivatives trading and market dynamics.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
4. Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in the US, Canada, and Australia is a plus.
