Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the UI/UX design of the company's Web3 applications and platforms, ensuring consistency and user experience across different devices and platforms;

2. Communicate complex blockchain technology to users through a clear and understandable design language, optimizing user interfaces and interaction experiences;

3. Participate in the entire design process, including user research, information architecture design, user interface design, and final visual presentation;

4. Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and oversee the consistency of the final product with the design;

5. Regularly collect user feedback to continuously optimize designs and enhance the product's user experience;

6. Ensure product designs align with Web3 industry trends and international design standards;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements: (On-site work in Hangzhou)

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in design, interaction design, visual communication, or related fields;

2. More than 3 years of experience in UI/UX design; experience in the Web3 and blockchain industry is preferred;

3. Proficient in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, etc.;

4. Strong foundation in visual design and user experience thinking, with the ability to create high-quality UI interfaces;

5. Strong interest in the Web3 ecosystem, with an understanding of the design challenges and opportunities of decentralized applications;

6. A global perspective, able to design product interfaces that meet the aesthetic standards of international users;

7. Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Basic knowledge of blockchain technology, with experience in Web3, NFT, DeFi, or similar projects;

* An overseas design portfolio or experience in international projects;

* Familiarity with special considerations such as security, privacy, and decentralization in Web3 user experience.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM - 7:00 PM
