Job Responsibilities:



Responsible for UI/UX design of products, collaborating with product managers and the operations team to conceptualize products and translate abstract goals into concrete design solutions.



Participate in business and product discussions, working with product, development, and operations teams to provide suggestions and solutions from a visual and user experience perspective.



Stay updated on industry trends, analyze the latest experiences and design trends, and drive continuous iteration of product functionality and experience, exploring innovative solutions to meet user needs.

Job Requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree or higher in Art, Design, or a related field.

 

Good English communication skills and exceptional cross-cultural communication abilities, capable of effective collaboration with global teams.

 

Innovative mindset and quick learning ability, able to adapt to the ever-changing market and technological challenges.

 

Familiarity with multi-platform design, with visual design and motion design skills preferred.

 

Proficient in design software, such as Figma, Photoshop, etc.
