Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter to join our team in Iloilo. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
• Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guests
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Assist in other restaurant tasks as needed

• Experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus
