Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Mid-Senior Level)

Job Description:

The UI /UX designer is responsible for creating the user interface for an app, a website, or another

form of interactive media.

The candidate will work with project managers and engineers in order to gather user requirements which can be used in designing ideas and presenting them via storyboards, process flows, or sitemaps.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement new designs.

• Optimize existing user interface designs.

• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.

• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.

• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.

• Create prototypes for new product ideas.

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years of experience as a UI & UX Designer or a similar role.

• Knowledge in Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver.

• Has 3 years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3.

• Knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction is a plus.

• Ability to discuss and explain design options.

• Detail oriented

• Critical thinker

• Problem solver and customer-centered

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• A UI design portfolio

• • Bachelor’s degree related to Marketing, IT, or Fine Arts.
