Job Description:

• As the Technical Director, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the technical strategy of the exchange, leading and managing the entire technical team to ensure stable operation and ongoing optimization of the platform. You will work closely with departments such as product and operations to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and drive their implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a technical vision and development blueprint that aligns with the company's strategy.
• Lead and manage technical teams in engineering, DevOps, QA, etc., responsible for team building, performance management, and talent development.
• Oversee the architecture design, optimization, and evolution of large-scale internet applications and distributed systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of the systems.
• Gain a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency trading business processes and technical challenges, providing innovative technical solutions.
• Lead the selection of core technologies and the evolution of the technology stack to ensure technological leadership.
• Establish and improve technology research and development processes and standards to enhance development efficiency and quality.
• Work closely with product, operations, security, and other departments to ensure that technical solutions align closely with business requirements.
• Stay informed on industry technology trends and actively explore and apply new technologies.
• Manage technical risks and emergency responses to ensure stable platform operation.
