About the Role:

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be working as part of the Resourcing Team in Manila, supporting the ANZ Robert Walters Recruitment business. Robert Walters is comprised of specialist recruitment consultants and administrative staff who provide recruitment and consultancy services to the Australian and New Zealand markets.

The Sourcing Specialist plays a key role in developing and maintaining an active qualified pool of talent to support Robert Walters Australia, assisting in driving the growth of the ANZ business. Reporting to the Sourcing Team Manager, you will also have a dotted line to the Australia Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing new candidates by utilising a variety of methods, including headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards and Boolean searches.
• Creating and posting job adverts to attract skilled candidates.
• Managing a portfolio of active candidates by maintaining regular contact.
• Screening and qualifying candidates over the phone and via Microsoft Teams
• Maintaining internal database records - candidate details, correspondence, interview notes, and relevant onboarding documents.
• Managing the preliminary onboarding process and documentation of active candidate prior to placement
• Daily and weekly planning (personal and team) to maximise results.
• Attend daily catch-up meetings with the team

Who you are:

• Minimum 1 year experience handling Australia market either supporting federal government, state government, or technical recruitment.
• Strong attention to detail and grammar, ensuring accuracy in all commercial documentation.
• Capacity to work independently and take initiative, driving projects to completion.
• Experience in a role that involved candidate resourcing and attraction
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Proactive and positive approach with a strong work ethic
• Enthusiastic team player
• Target orientated and a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Maintain and observe Robert Walters values at all times
