Description

Job Responsibilities: Data Product Planning: Based on the company's business needs, develop the direction and plans for data products, and design product solutions such as data platforms, BI tools, and data service interfaces. Requirements Analysis and Management: Gain an in-depth understanding of business requirements, collect and organize the usage needs for data from various departments, define the functionalities of data products, and formulate product iteration plans. Data Governance and Architecture: Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize data collection, storage, cleaning, and computational logic, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and availability of data. Product Design and Implementation: Responsible for the functional design of data products, interaction optimization, writing PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), data dictionaries, etc., and driving product launches. Data Analysis and Metric System Development: Construct and optimize the core data metric system of the company, supporting business growth and improving data analysis efficiency. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with technology, operations, marketing, and business teams to promote a full-process closed loop from data product requirements to implementation. Data Asset Management: Enhance the value of data assets and explore monetization models, such as data open platforms and data API commercialization solutions.

Requirements

Job Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in computer science, data science, statistics, information management, economics, or related fields. Product Thinking: Excellent product design and data mindset, capable of transforming business problems into data product solutions. Data Skills: Proficient in SQL for data querying and analysis; familiarity with data processing tools like Python/R is a plus. Data Visualization: Familiar with BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and able to clearly present data insights. Technical Foundation (Bonus): Understanding of data warehouses, ETL processes, and big data architectures (such as Hadoop, Spark, Flink) is preferred. Communication and Facilitation Skills: Strong cross-departmental communication abilities, capable of coordinating technical and business teams to drive product implementation. Business Sensitivity: Ability to quickly understand industry and business models, possessing awareness of data-driven decision-making. Project Management Experience (Bonus): Prefer candidates with experience in large-scale data product projects, such as user growth data platforms, intelligent recommendation systems, or data middleware. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant experience in data products (data middleware, BI platforms, data APIs, data governance, etc.). Experience in data products within the internet, finance, e-commerce, advertising, or SaaS industries. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and big data applications is preferred.
