SolarWinds is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our APAC Talent Acquisition team

As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage all parts of the recruitment life cycle. This includes sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, branding us as an employer of choice, running an efficient hiring process and guiding hiring manager relationships.

You will be joining a distributed Talent Acquisition team hiring across Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering and G&A.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for various complex roles, devising innovative methods to attract the right talent for each position.
  • Design and implement comprehensive sourcing plans, interpreting requirements to identify the desired candidate profiles.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance our talent pool research strategy, market mapping, and competitive analysis.
  • Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to fulfill their hiring needs and objectives.
  • Actively participate in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies. Demonstrate data integrity and use data to influence hiring decisions.
  • Build and sustain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional teams internally (e.g., Global recruitment team, HR, Compensation, Talent Branding).


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in GTM full cycle hiring in APAC region; B2B SaaS preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes and senior stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance strategic and operational responsibilities
  • You have a consultative and customer-focused approach with hiring managers.
  • You have deep experience finding information and are unafraid to ask questions.
  • You have experience elevating your team and working collaboratively with others.
  • You understand and are curious about the software industry.
  • You have experience using data to support your market insights.
  • You have a passion for DEI hiring.
