Description
- Develop comprehensive training materials and resources for sales trainees, including manuals, presentations, and online modules.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through various mediums, including virtual classrooms.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to trainees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate training outcomes and assess the effectiveness of programs through feedback
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator in the Australian real estate industry.
- Previous experience in training, coaching, or mentoring property managers is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage trainees.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in RP Data, ID4me, Box and Dice & Salesforce
