As part of our commitment to excellence, we are actively seeking a Trainer to join our team in the dynamic environment of a Virtual Call Center Campaign and contribute to the growth and development of our talented professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires focusing on cold calling, and lead generation techniques.
• Develop and deliver engaging training materials aligned with industry best practices and company standards.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of cold calling, and lead generation processes.
• Possess exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts effectively.
• Ensure training content is delivered in a clear and understandable manner.
• Bring a wealth of experience as a Trainer to enhance training programs and align them with industry trends.
• Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Collect feedback from trainees and continuously improve training materials based on evaluations.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Work Hours:

• PH Graveyard Shift

Compensation:

Initial Compensation: $4 per hour

Transition to Full Compensation: After 1 month of successful performance and under observation, the hourly rate will be increased to $5.

• Internet Connection: Minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 100mbps+ preferred.
• Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Trainer
2. Familiarity with real estate is desirable but not mandatory.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to convey information effectively to diverse audiences.
5. Familiarity with cold calling and lead generation processes.
6. Ability to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant information into training programs.
7. Flexibility to adapt training programs to the evolving needs of the business.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
9. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a remote team.
