We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help us expand our customer base while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

1. Sales Growth: Identify and generate new leads through various sales channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
2. Client Consultation: Meet with potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored swimming pool service solutions.
3. Product Knowledge: Gain and maintain deep knowledge of our services, ensuring you can effectively present our offerings to clients.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up.
5. Negotiation & Closing: Work closely with potential clients to negotiate contracts and close deals, meeting monthly sales targets.
6. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and proposals using CRM software.
7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive services to effectively position our company’s offerings.

1. Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) environment, preferably in a service-oriented industry (experience in swimming pool services or home improvement is a plus).
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
3. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a desire to exceed sales targets.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Comfortable with technology and CRM software.
7. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

1.      Salary: $800 USD

2.   $50 Healthcare allowance & 13th month pay (after 90 days)
