Job Overview:
Responsible for driving sales growth of Elogio Philippines’ injectables and medical aesthetic devices portfolio. This role involves managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key clients in the medical aesthetics industry, including dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and plastic surgeons.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for injectables and devices.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, doctors, and aesthetic practitioners to drive product awareness and sales.
· Provide product education, training, and demonstrations to clients, ensuring they fully understand product benefits, applications, and best practices.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding client networks and establishing relationships with new clinics and medical centres.
· Work closely with the Marketing and Clinical teams to plan and implement promotional activities, workshops, and product launches.
· Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
· Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
· Ensure timely follow-up with clients and provide excellent post-sales support to maintain long-term relationships.
· Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical aesthetics industry, preferably with injectables and devices.
· Strong understanding of the medical aesthetic market in the Philippines, including knowledge of key clinics, doctors, and competitors.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Experience in conducting product training and workshops for medical professionals is a plus.
· Ability to travel within the Philippines for client visits and events.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
